ඇෆ්ඝනිස්තාන කඩුලු රකින පිතිකරුට වසර 6ක ක්‍රිකට් තහනමක්
ඇෆ්ඝනිස්තාන කඩුලු රකින පිතිකරු ශෆිකුල්ලාහ් ශෆික් (Shafiqullah Shafiq) ට වසර හයක ක්‍රිකට් තහනමක් පැනවීමට එරට ක්‍රිකට් ආයතනය තීරණය කර තිබෙනවා.
ඒ, ඔහු විසින් එරට ක්‍රිකට් ආයතනයේ දූෂන මර්දන පනත උල්ලංඝනය කිරීම හේතුවෙන්.
2018 වසරේ පැවැති ඇෆ්ඝනිස්තාන ප්‍රිමියර් ලීග් පන්දුවාර 20යි 20 ක්‍රිකට් තරගාවලියට අදාළව ඔහුට එරෙහිව චෝදනා එල්ල වී තිබුණා.
එමෙන්ම 2019 බංග්ලාදේශ ප්‍රිමියර් ලීග් තරගවාරයේ දී ඔහු ක්‍රීඩා කළ කණ්ඩායමේ ක්‍රීඩකයෙකු දූෂිත ක්‍රියා සදහා පොළඹවා ගැනීමට උත්සාහ දැරූ බවට ද ශෆිකුල්ලාහ් ශෆික්ට චෝදනා එල්ල වුණා.
ජාත්‍යන්තර තරග 70ක් ක්‍රීඩා කර ඇති 30 හැවිරිදි ඔහු තමාට එරෙහි චෝදනා හතරම පිළිගැනීමටයි තීරණය කළේ.
ඒ, දූෂණ විරෝධී විනිශ්චය සභාවක ඒ පිළිබද වැඩිදුර විභාගයක් කිරීම වෙනුවටයි.

Breach of Article 2.1.3 – Seeking, accepting, offering or agreeing to accept any bribe or other Reward to (a) fix or to contrive in any way or otherwise to influence improperly the result, progress, conduct or any other aspect of any Domestic Match …”
Breach of Article 2.1.4 – Attempting to solicit, induce, entice, persuade, encourage or intentionally facilitate a Participant to breach Article 2.1.”
Breach of Article 2.4.4 – Failing to disclose to the Designated Anti-Corruption Official (without unnecessary delay) full details of any approaches or invitations received by a Participant to engage in Corrupt Conduct under ACB Anti-Corruption Code.”
